Pray, what is this dengarous "Medical Gas" this guy is transporting? The collective flatulence of medical professionals?

And where is this gas needed? What is the purpose?

Is there a surfeit of this gas somewhere from where it is exported? Some hospital cafeteria that serves just beans to the doctors and nurses?

I am curious as to how the gas is collected and pressurized. Do the donors line up when logging off their shifts? Each person bends down after doffing his/her attire and proffers his/her posterior to a receptacle, which then proceeds to suck out the gaseous offering. Is it deodorized? If yes, where and how are the odours disposed off?

Are eructations also accepted?
