Amidst rubble, paan stains, drug addicts and the all pervasive stench of urine, laze the real denizens of Delhi's pride - lovingly known as "Cee Pee" (Rajiv Chowk, to be politically correct). These feral creatures, after having the run of the place at night, sleep it off during the day, unmindful of humans thronging the shopping arcade.
